I'm purchasing the Wreath as a Gift, can I include a message?

Yes, absolutely!

During checkout you can mark your order a Gift and include a message. If you have already placed the order, simply message us at contact@amourfrontdoor.com (from the same email you used to place the order) we will be happy to include a message with your Gift! 🙂

 

The bow/ribbons were flat/moved during shipping/storage, how can I fix it?

The bow or the ribbons in your wreath can become flattened or slightly moved out of place during shipping and/or when you store it. All the ribbons in the wreath are made with wired edges, which will allow you to easily fluff or re-arrange them to your liking by simply running them through your fingers.

I absolutely love one of your wreaths but it's sold out

How can I request a refund if item was damaged in shipping?

All our products are insured during shipping, and you will be issued a refund if the product was damaged during shipping.
